Set Up An Appointment
Our team will reach out to the referral to collect necessary information and potentially schedule an initial complimentary consultation.

Complimentary Consultation
After financial statements, tax returns, and any other relevant information is reviewed, an initial assessment is offered along with a Prospective Client Kit.

Meet the Team
As a part of the initial meeting, the referral will meet our team. There is no decision made at this point in the process. We are committed to long term relationships, not transactions.

Confirmation
After the initial meeting, our team will meet to discuss the pros and cons of adding the referral to our family of clients. Someone from our team will then contact the referral to discuss the potential for a long-term fit. If appropriate, a follow up appointment is scheduled.

Welcome Aboard
Once the client agreement is signed, we will walk the new client through the process of transferring assets and completing the recommended actions.
